Included Options

Motorized Automatic Flush and Drain (MAFD)

N/A Two of these options are supplied standard in all double stack steam generators; the motorized drain valve opens for three (3) minutes during every start-up. As old water is drained out, fresh water is cycled in. This drain valve will not open if the pressure in the steam generator exceeds 5 psi. The electric heaters are locked out during flush cycle.
Single Service Transformer7 N/A Two of these options are supplied standard in all double stack steam generators; the Transformer steps down the primary high voltage supplied for the heaters, in order to provide 120VAC 1Ø for the controls; with this option, only the two (2) primary high voltage supplies are required.
Manual Low Water Reset8 N/A Manual Low Water Reset trips if the electric heaters shut-off because of a low water condition. Reset must be manually pressed to resume steam production.

Water Feed Booster Pump

N/A Two Water Feed Booster Pumps are supplied standard in all high-pressure double stack steam generators. Each Water Feed Booster Pump increases the incoming water pressure to overcome the operating pressure of each steam generator. Each Booster Pump requires a 5-150 psi water supply with a minimum flow rate of 3 gpm (At least 6 gpm is required for both)

Options

Spare Parts Package Includes

N/A
  • 18-Month Warranty (12-Month Standard)
  • (2) Electric Heaters & (2) Heater Gaskets
  • (2) Sight Glass Tubes & (4) Washers
  • (1) Pressure Control
  • (1) Contactor

5-Micron Water Filter

N/A 2-stage, 5-micron water filter installed into incoming water line to reduce sediment, dirt, rust, chlorine, and even odor from incoming water supply.
  • 1 Electro-Steam™ Double Stack electric steam generators are two (2) electric steam boilers stacked inside one (1) cabinet. They are plumbed together, but not wired together. Double Stack steam generators require two (2) or four (4) customer specific high voltage feeds, one (1) per Electrical Box - 150 kW models have two (2) Electrical Boxes to feed and 200 to 480 kW models have four (4).
  • 2 Calculated values are based off of a 212ºF boiler feed-water temperature. However, it must not exceed 140ºF. Temperatures that range between 60ºF and 140ºF, are approximately 80% to 90% of the calculated values shown.
  • 3 Calculated values are based off of a 212ºF boiler feed-water temperature. However, it must not exceed 140ºF. Temperatures that range between 60ºF and 140ºF, are approximately 80% to 90% of the calculated values shown.
  • 4 Calculated values are based off of a 212ºF boiler feed-water temperature. However, it must not exceed 140ºF. Temperatures that range between 60ºF and 140ºF, are approximately 80% to 90% of the calculated values shown.
  • 5 Wetted Surfaces.
  • 6 Wetted Surfaces.
  • 7 Two (2) Single Service Transformer options are included with each double stack electric steam generator. These options provide 120 VAC 1Ø, 50/60 Hz for each boiler's controls.
  • 8 A Manual Low Water Reset Button is supplied standard with every steam generator, but it is disabled. If this Reset Button is required as per your local boiler codes, simply plug the two attached wires into the PC-Board terminals labeled "Reset"
