Included Options

Heavy-Duty Steam Gun

N/A Supplied standard with all LB Cleaner Models that are 40 kW or greater. The Heavy-Duty Steam Gun includes an adjustable solution valve to siphon a chemical solution from a reservoir at an adjustable flow rate. This chemical solution mixes with the discharging steam before exiting the gun. The standard attached Steam/Detergent Hose length is 10 ft; additional lengths are available upon request. (Sized in 10 ft increments)

Heat Resistant Gloves

N/A Supplied standard with all Cleaner Models. Heat Resistant Gloves must be worn while operating/handling the steam gun.

Solution Bucket

N/A Supplied standard with all Cleaner Models. The Solution Bucket hangs off the side of the steam generator and holds the chemical solution for the steam gun; it is strategically positioned for the steam gun to easily siphon from during operation.

Options

Spare Parts Package Includes

N/A
  • 18-Month Warranty (12-Month Standard)
  • (2) Electric Heaters and (2) Heater Gaskets
  • (2) Sight Glass Tubes and (4) Washers
  • (1) Pressure Control
  • (1) Contactor

Single Service Transformer

N/A Supplied standard with all portable steam generators, the Single Service Transformer steps down the primary high voltage to provide 120 VAC Single Phase (1Ø) to the controls; with this option, only the one (1) primary high voltage supply is required.
Manual Low Water Reset4 N/A Manual Low Water Reset trips if the electric heaters shut-off because of a low water condition. Reset must be manually pressed to resume steam production.

Portable Mounting Includes

N/A
  • Wheels
  • Push Handle
  • Single Service Transformer Option

Water Feed Booster Pump

N/A Supplied standard on any steam generator with an operating pressure higher than 15 psi. The Water Feed Booster Pump increases your incoming water pressure to overcome the operating pressure of the steam generator. The Pump requires a 5-150 psi water supply with a minimum flow rate of 2 gpm.

More Options

Solution Mixer

N/A Solution Mixer attaches to the Solution Bucket; it automatically keeps the solution bucket full, while mixing a consistent ratio of solution and water.

Flare Nozzle

N/A Nozzle attachment for the Heavy-Duty Steam Gun that concentrates the flow of steam into a flat jet.
  • 1 Each Electro-Steam™ electric steam generator requires two (2) power supplies: One (1) primary high voltage supply and one (1) secondary 120 VAC 1Ø, 50/60 Hz supply. Each generator is custom built to accommodate only one (1) customer specific high voltage supply for the heaters. 120 VAC 1Ø, 50/60 Hz must also be supplied for the controls, unless the Single Service Transformer option is added.
  • 2 Calculations are based off of a 212ºF boiler feed-water temperature. Boiler feed-water temperatures that range between 60ºF and 140ºF, are approximately 80% to 90% of the calculated values shown. Boiler feed-water must not exceed 140ºF.
  • 3 Wetted Surfaces
  • 4 A Manual Low Water Reset Button is supplied standard with every steam generator, but it is disabled. If this Reset Button is required as per your local boiler codes, simply plug the two attached wires into the PC-Board terminals labeled "Reset".
